313 commercial have helped me to realise a long standing dream of using my professional skills acquired over many years of building, and turning those into property development on a full time basis. 313 gave me the chance to work for myself and purchase a property similar to my childhood home, and turn this into a high spec let which I have now secured a lovely tenant for. I dealt with company director Paul, who had time for me day or night, (no matter how daft I thought the question was!) and Chris, who was my day to day contact and case handler. Both could not do enough for me, I felt like they were on the journey with me. I will be using 313 again, and again, and again... in fact I am already half way through the process of purchasing my second property!
