Wish I could rate 0 stars. Purchased a headset of which the originally charged me £100 for even though it was marked at £79.99 (a sale from 5 months prior) and then refunded the £20. Before purchasing a asked if I would be able to return it and the staff told me if I didn't like it or didn't want it anymore I could return it within 30 days, today I went in to return the item they would not. accept it as their policy is it has to be sealed and unopened even though their staff told me otherwise. I then tried to contact currys support online but as the store gave me only the refund receipt at time of purchase and took the other one they were not able to do anything because I didn't have the order number. Please train your staff properly and don't scam.

Absolutely horrific customer service. No one was around and when we finally got seen they told us that the system was down so they couldn't help. We then asked how long, they said "don't know", then asked if it would be today "well how am I meant to know" so we walked out and will not return to this branch

Really good customer experience by a very friendly, helpful person. Found exactly what I wanted, last one of sale item and took it away the same day

Currys isn't what it was. I used to be able to get components and what not there. Not any more. Was after some speaker cable but they didn't have any. It's a appliance shop now. Its getting harder and harder to not go to Amazon.

Staff have poor subject knowledge, unapproachable, trying to sell items I don’t want and when I did find the item I wanted, they said it was in stock but couldn’t find it. Waited an hour then charged me delivery. Disappointed

Came to look for a tablet and PC to purchase today but as a wheelchair user we found it impossible getting up and down the rows to look due to boxes of stock blocking the aisles . No staff around to assist either so we left without a purchase. Won't be going back unfortunately.

My score has nothing to do with the store itself but the after service. I bought a TV for my neighbour who has learning difficulties and is a vulnerable adult. He is struggling to come to terms with the new handset. I tried to speak to someone about this but unfortunately she was of no help whatsoever. I am unable to speak to a staff member on the phone at the store and so will probably have to make a 20mile trip in person to see if we can help for my neighbour!

I've always been happy with how I've been treated and also happy with my purchases today was no exception I had to find the exact Henry hoover bags I walked in and could not decide which ons were the right ones Stephen operator 51came over and I showed him the codes I'd taken from the hoover he got the correct ones . He's has a nice way about him not pushy thankyou Stephen .

Very helpful staff. The store did not have the item I required in store but staff located the nearest store to me which did stock the item. First class service.👍

Extremely impolite personnel. I had been in the process of purchasing a smartphone recently when they presented me with a phone in a damaged box! They insisted on issuing a refund, displaying no willingness to assist or exchange it for a new unit. As a result, I will no longer consider making any purchases from that establishment.
