Very good stock; the display and layout is much improved -- but how do customers carefully try on shoes & trainers without any staff in the store being able to offer you a shoehorn?

Avoid! They always over charge & then don't offer refunds just credit notes. Someone needs to tell staff it's illegal to advertise something as reduced then to sell it at the higher price.

Good price for basic trainers, Sports direct Durham branch,,, the youngest staff member was quite helpfull on both of my 2 shoppings, but there was a female member of staff who was quite rude and unhelpfully thanks to a brave shopper woman who challenge her decision to send me at the back of the qué after queing over 30 minutes, she was not helpfull and very unwelcome face at the Durham store,, well done to the good member of community who stand up to her none sence decisions, over all sports direct is a very good shop

Staff were very helpful after a really unhelpful experience at the Washington Galleries store previously. I requested a printoff of a return form (as I have no printer) and a lad came running out of the store to give me it as I was leaving. Great customer service there!

Bought swimwear size 11-12 year for my 9 year daughter, but was too small for her. Tried too exchange product for bigger one (with all price tags and stickers), but staff refused to do so. AVOID

To different lanes for the tills due to covid, not a problem however massive que at one till but you can't see the other till because of the racking. So instead of shouting next customer people are avoiding the cue and going straight to spare till.

Don't answer the phone. I'll go elsewhere then. FYI - I was trying to phone up to find out if they printed name & number on footy shirts. Turns out they do, £12 for any name & number, which could be cheaper than the website which charges per number and per letter. Takes about 20 minutes per shirt to print. Still get 1 star for not answering the phone.

Full of sports themed clothing with some sporting gear and bags too, but mostly clothes ranging from sport themed fashion to things you can actually wear to be active. Decent range from t-shirts and socks for a few pounds right the way up so there is something for any budget. Service was good and the store is packed full, so once you've found your way around there is a lot of choice.
