Excellent range of products, decent prices compared to some of its DIY neighbours. The outside selection was also a brilliant feature but housing decor is massive compared to smaller branches and local stores.

Had quite a good selection of most things to be honest, wasn't too busy which I was pleased about,got what I needed and went through checkout quickly.

Amazing store, well laid out an has good range of products. Decent sized car park as well.

Disgusting behaviour from the staff! Accused me of stealing even though I bought it from another shop. Fully embarrassed me in front of everyone screaming, shouting. Only to be proven that I didn't shop lift and that I walked in with it. They said people with children are more likely to shop lift. Which disgusting and embarrassing behaviour coming from them. Will not shop here again!!!

Disgusting behaviour what I witnessed in this story thos more me and my parents was in the que to pay with about 15 people infront the childish young girls that work there running from till to till shouting to each other there's a shop lift in shop she's put lights in her bag so everyone in shop was look and wait for the shop lifter to come down the middle row it was a young girl there grab hetlr bag to look in side while all them were laughing thinking it was funny the poor young girl had nothing in her bag there showed her up ridiculous she was crying and there thought it was a game I will never I'll my life go in that shop again it's the worst thing iv ever seen there want sacking for for showing people up like that young kids then steven manger though it was OK to shout at me and my parents for helping the girl how was crying so un professional!!!!

Just popped in to get some white spirit which I found almost straight away. Reason for the loss of star is the nightmare layout forcing customers to walk half a mile.... I have to like the store though it's the best performing share I've ever bought!

As always, never come out with just want i came in for...always find a lot of selection and items that are either great for every day or special occasion..some staff are fab, and fab pet selection 😊

Ryan and Kaitlyn where embarrassed in front of everyone the staff accused us of stealing which we never as we had the receipt from an other shop say we bought if from another shop and they called us an lier but when the store manager met us at the door he apologise as well as the security guard but Im very disappointed in the staff as I shop there a lot but I’m not going back anymore

The store itself is a typical laid out B&M. Garden section could be better though as they only have a few sheds but online they have a huge selection and its always better to look inside before deciding. Upto 3 month lead time for shed delivery is a bit too long though and the prices online keep fluctuating a few hundred pounds every time i seem to look online?
