Great little shop with an excellent selection of dog food, treats and accessories. Staff are very welcoming and products appear to be well priced, especially when compared to some larger pet shop brands.

Snake kept inside was kept incorrectly (wrong substrate and wrong light), insects are kept well but there are a lot of dead stock. Manager tried to tell me that I couldn't even do my college course without doing a year of a prior course (very incorrect and she still insisted) and told me that because I was young they wouldn't take me for a job since I'd "only cuddle with the hamsters" (age discrimination). Not only thing, but manager tried to tell me (that I wasn't even capable of lifting the horse food bags despite not even knowing me or even asking if I could lift that weight. Nice shop but rude manager. Other staff have been great to me everytime I've been in

It's decent pet shop although mostly catering for horses. They offer a different set of things from other chain pet shops

From telephoning the store to check stock in the morning, to my arrival at the store, absolutely first class service. I spoke to and was served by a fabulous lady who was extremely knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help - rarely the case these days. Will definitely be back or order from the website.

Great range of goods and foodstuffs. Major brands at reasonable prices with lots of choice. Clean and easy to browse. Best part of this store are the staff. The girls are so helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and have lots of time for you and the dog, in my case. Relaxing and cheerful to deal with.
