Falsely marked items that in the interest of public relations were honored by supervisors... recommend Durham... but not my home town one in stockton on tees...

Much smaller than the other stores I've visited i.e. Stockton-on-Tees and Washington. Thought I'd pop in on my way to work considering the weather recently and pick up some advanced screen wash concentrate which I thought was a sure thing to be stocked but apparently not, only the pre diluted was available.

Pretty Decent amount of selection, better use of space than others in the county. Mark down is for the huge speed bumps infront of it, absolutely no need for them to be that big. Wouldn't be able to get a heavy load from the store otherwise you'd struggle not to damage your car.

Accessibility to the store is good. The store has been downsized over the years. Prices about average for a big retailer. I mostly go for quick items. Normally toolstation or screwfix as they're nearby but there's certain things I like to get here. Also the merit of ring able to s3e what youre buying first

Usually not too bad a store but went in today on a Saturday when it was busy anyway, tried to locate an item and the app said their was 22 of them in aisle 25, struggled to find it at all, just like the staff, barring a lad on paints who was mixing and busy with a queue and the lady on tills there was no sign of any staff at all on the shop floor to help customers. It was half an hour later before the lady on tills swapped with someone and I managed to catch her as she headed towarxs back of store. She herself struggled to find them but we did in the end. Definatley wouldn't have bothered if I'd had known and was about to give up. Think I'll stick to Scotswood Road one from now on, far better service The two stars is only for he lady who did help, otherwise I'd have given less.

A shadow of its former self. These B&Q stores are really quite pathetically useless nowadays.
My last few visits I couldn't buy what I needed but successfully bought from their nearest competitive thrift store.
I shall probably not bother with them again and stick with the alternative stores.
Sorry for the negatives but I can only speak as I find.

Typical B&Q warehouse which stocks just about everything you could possibly need when updating, repairing your home .However, you wont find any bargains here. There is many DIY superstores in the North East area that sell there products at a more realistic price ,with several willing to negotiate on price and the services of their tradesmen. You will save a fortune by simply checking out the competition.

Good size warehouse with plenty of parking spaces. They even have larger parking spaces for trade vehicles although some thoughtless car drivers use them also. Wheelchair access is available and they seem to sell everything you need to renovate your home, except mirrored tiles.
