Jordan installed a replacement insulated rubber garage roof covering and OSB deck for my elderly parents earlier this year. He also got his builders to do some repairs to the parapet wall which was unsafe I'm not an expert on flat roofs but it doesn't rain in now . The repairs to the parapet wall aren't very tidy. Sadly despite asking 3 or 4 times since April and providing postal and email address we've not received the guarantee for the roof. If someone can't / won't provide this then how are you supposed to trust that it's been done correctly or that they'll come back if there's any problems? Disappointing. Service: Roof installation
