If you are looking for a gym where you are not just a membership number - looking no further, RT fitness is the place for you. Since joining in January 2023 I’ve been consistently attending my sessions every single week. This is something I’ve never done before in other gyms - the big difference with RT is the coaches, who check in with you on a regular basis, and get to know you as a person. I’m over 4 stone down and still have goals I want to achieve - I know with the help of the coaches and other members at RT fitness I’ll smash them.

Hard work but worth it. Our coach, Matty, is very supportive. I've improved my fitness and would recommend it to anyone.

A small warehouse with most essential equipments you need to start exercising from scratch with the most friendly coaches!

I can’t recommend this gym enough! Great atmosphere, excellent coaches and as long as you put the work in you’ll definitely see results! I started the Carnage program over 2 and a half years ago and I haven’t looked back. The sessions are at times which fit with most schedules. They’re varied and challenging but can be adapted to ensure people of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities are able to do them and get the most out of them. The coaches are fantastic! They make you accountable and are very supportive both from a training point of view and for nutrition advice. They have managed opening after COVID very well, ensuring everyone feels safe and has enough space. Joining this gym was the best decision I’ve made for both my physical and mental health and I’ve met a great bunch of people here!

This place is brilliant, the trainers are the most amazing people and really have your training goals at the foremost. They really encourage you and keep you on track. Their knowledge is great, and little niggle they can work around it or suggest something else. During lockdown they went online and were able to deliver a great training regime. Post lockdown they’re doing everything they can to ensure the gym and all those who train are as safe as can be. I’ve been here for a few years now and it’s the best gym I’ve been a part of.

Best gym I've ever been too. Very accommodating and welcoming. Carnage sessions are great especially as there are time slots to suit most lifestyles (I love that there's a 9:15am session so I can get a workout done after morning school run and before I go to work) and you get to have a good time with like minded people.

I've been a member of RT Fitness for 18 months now, I started out on the Carnage programme then, joing the Signature Womens Warrior programme. This is what I call a proper gym, with real trainers that coach you every step of the way from nutrition, to weight loss to strength training. This is the only gym I've managed to lose the weight, maintain the weight loss, increase my strength all whilst eating pretty much what I want. There's no stupid diet to keep to, no ridiculous low kcals to stick to, no workout too hard! This is a gym where results are made and, the cracks not bad either😉

Started with RT Fitness about 18 months ago. I can remember the first evening I walked in and spoke to Sarah about joining. This is when I realised it wasn’t just a turn up and do what ever you like work out gym. You had to commit to a 12 week program (bulk club) four days a week and track your food. First day you’re measured and weighed in then you join the coached program. Over the 12 weeks I worked hard and changed fat for muscle and for the first time I stuck to it. I was loosing pounds but not in wasted membership 😊. Now it’s part of my weekly routine and I love it. I train with a great bunch of lads. The program changes every 4 weeks. The coaches set and monitor the weight ensuring you make progress without the risk of injury. To be honest I just turn up and lift!! If I miss a morning I can come in and catch up on a Wednesday or Saturday, or just come in and do arms!! If you’re looking for a gym with a difference and you’re willing to commit and give 100% and then some, be prepared to be selfish by thinking about yourself for one hour four days a week, (you’ll be surprised how many obstacles potentially get in the way) then I would highly recommend RT Fitness. Smash it🏋️‍♂️😁

Couldn't recommend this gym more! I have joined so many chain gyms in the past but can't express how different it is here. There's no mirrors with people posing around, everyone is there to train hard. There are different ages, shapes, sizes and no one judges what you can do. The trainers are fantastic and keep you motivated and get to know you on a much more personal level. I do carnage and PT boxing with Sarah and love them both. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
